Elevate Update

It is getting closer to our departure to San Diego! Below is an update.

• We are taking our team to Revolution Church this Sunday. They meet in a movie theater and we want to see what their set up is like in that kind of a venue.
• Susan and I are going to North Atlanta for a two day assessment process with the ARC. It will be intense so please pray for us.
• I am upset I won't be able to go to the Unleash Conference at NewSpring but I am trying to get some of our team to go since I can't.
• We sent out over 200 newsletters to relatives, friends, and current partners of Elevate this week. We are praying God uses the newsletter to raise up some more partners.
• Our directional team is pushing to call approximately 30 churches a week for the next six weeks to share the vision of reaching San Diego and hopefully see many of them partner with us to pray, give, and go.
• Some of our team is going out to San Diego the first of April to secure housing and look for jobs. Please pray that is a successful trip.
• I will be speaking at some churches the next few months before we leave. I am always excited to share with others the vision God has given me.
• You know of anyone who wants to buy a house in Villa Rica, GA? Susan and I have not sold our house yet. We are planning to move in May regardless but it would be a lot less hassle if it sold. Pray for God to do something great.
• It blows my mind how many God moments I have of people moving to San Diego or people who have heard about our team and want to know more about us.
• I get asked a lot how I got 13 people to move to San Diego with me. It is simple: we see it not as a sacrifice but as an opportunity of a lifetime. An opportunity to make history. An opportunity to reach a city, the nation, and our world. Who wouldn't want to be a part of that?
