- This is the fourth and final week of our 30 Days To Live series. It will be an incredible ending to a great series!
- We have a beach baptism/picnic this Sunday at La Jolla Shores. We are meeting at 11:30am. Bring a picnic lunch and come hang out with people from Elevate!
- Gary's post about the process to the payoff is great. Few people are willing to endure the pain and preparation to the incredible payoff. Many people jump from one ministry position to another claiming "It's God's will" but never stay anywhere long enough to make a significant difference. It took Noah 40 years before the payoff of the coming flood. At some point, you need to stop running and start building.
- I saw the highlights of the Bulls/Celtics Game 6. Wow, it was one f the best playoff games ever.
- We have an Entry Point Class scheduled this Sunday from 5:30pm - 7pm. Dinner and childcare are provided. If you haven't attended one yet, come check out more about Elevate! Email me if you plan to come or have questions Kevin@ElevateSanDiego.com
- I am getting a much needed haircut this afternoon. It is starting to look like a bush on my head. :-)
- I know the Swine Flu is serious BUT come on people! Americans and the media will find anything to freak out about. Remember Philippians 4:6? Pray and stop worrying.
- I ran out of gas on the highway last night. My gas gauge is broke and it is the second time I have ran out of gas. I have got to get that fixed! Chris and Kelly came to the rescue for me.
- I had a meeting at Imperial Beach last night about a mission team that is coming to serve with us in San Diego. I ran the length of the pier and thought I would never get to the end. The pier has to be at least half a mile long. We ate at the Tin Fish. Not that impressed by it.
- I ate the new Spicy Chicken sandwich at Chickfila earlier this week. Umm, good!
- All this talk about food is getting me hungry. Time to go eat!
